Built to last.....Stay home if a hurricane hits...No Kidding!!! This home has concrete walls...concrete floors...Even concrete decks that are 18 feet off the ground. You have never...ever seen a home built as solid as this one. The walls are 12 inches thick!...6 inches of concrete 5 inches of foam insulation plus sheet rock and fiber/cement, hardee panel siding. Both the attic and under the first living level floor have 4 inches of sprayed foam insulation...It insulates just like an ice chest or refrigerator!!! (Sprayed foam insulation is 3 times the price of traditional insulation) The home is so well insulated that even the attic is only 6-10 degrees hotter than the interior of the home!!! All floors are 4 inch reinforced concrete on a Hambro structural steel flooring system.
