Charles has over thirty-five years experience in the Construction Industry. Originally from New Jersey, Charles has built commercial, industrial, medical and residential projects and owned a construction consulting business for over eighteen years.
 
Relocating to the Charleston area eight years ago, he has been building custom homes on Kiawah, Seabrook and Wadmalaw Islands for the leading custom home builders in the area. Charles hopes to bring his experience and knowledge to his clients in helping them in either sell or buy their dream home.
 
Charles lives in Kiawah River Estates with his wife Gloria, who happens to own Southern Style Salon in the Freshfield Village, at the entrance to Kiawah and Seabrook Islands.
