Prior to practicing real estate, I was an executive in the television industry for over 12 years. My background in television allows me to apply my knowledge of marketing, attention to detail, project management, negotiation and business savvy to every transaction in real estate.
Over the many years in my real estate career, I have been able to draw upon these skills to develop and to refine strategies for best positioning a home to receive top dollar in today's market. The multi-tiered process involves presenting, pricing, staging and discovering new ways to reach target audiences with marketing that is visually exciting and effective.
Specifically, I started my real estate career selling new home construction in both production homes and luxury custom built homes. I have marketed and managed several condominium conversions where I excelled in selling more than 50% of all seller related closings. I am also recognized as a leader in buyer represented transactions in other development projects as well. I have received several awards and recognitions throughout my real estate career such as, New Construction Specialist, Fine Home and Estates Specialist, Realtor, etc.; however my biggest accomplishment is that of repeat clients and referrals.
